Where
Escazú, Costa Rica, where I've lived since 2022. I work in Americas time zones and travel for the right engagement.
Availability
Open to senior technology leadership roles and to advisory work. I finished a three-year build at ATN International in early 2026, so the calendar has real room in it for the first time in a while.
What has my attention
Agentic AI in real operations: not the demos, the governance. I use these tools daily in my own work, and the gap between what they can do and what most organizations are ready to supervise is the most interesting problem I know of right now.
Reading
Mostly incident write-ups and post-mortems from other people's outages. You learn more from a good post-mortem than from a dozen vendor whitepapers.
