Re-basing the core a government runs on
The Government of Bermuda's core network carried Fire, Police, Immigration, Customs, Finance and Parliament, and it was failing. As Lead Architect I re-platformed 60+ sites across 12+ ministries and migrated them live, service by service, with no sustained outage.

Building a security capability into a business
ATN International had four markets, rising customer demand for security services, and no group-wide capability to deliver them. I architected one from zero, and it became both the group's security backbone and a revenue line.

From network risk to recurring revenue
A four-market carrier faced attacks far larger than anything it could absorb. Rather than build scrubbing capacity, I paired Cloudflare's global network with a Kentik control plane we owned, then turned the protection into a multi-tenant service customers could buy.
