Transformation programs and large infrastructure projects vary based on complexity, but most engagements begin delivering value within the first month.
Most engagements are delivered remotely, with periodic on-site visits as needed for workshops, board presentations, or hands-on assessments. This model keeps costs manageable while maintaining the level of engagement required for effective advisory and execution support.
Unlike large consulting firms where you may interact with junior staff after the initial sale, you work directly with a senior practitioner throughout the engagement. There is no layers of management or handoff to associates. The approach is vendor-neutral, pragmatic, and grounded in real-world operational experience — not theoretical frameworks delivered by teams without hands-on leadership background.
